NOTE: This is not a Wine Walk Ticket. 

This product is for merchant participation in the June 9, 2022 Wine Walk. Complete this purchase if you would like your location to be a stop for wine walk participants. Our goal is to create a premium event experience that proceeds at a relaxed pace allowing participants time to relax and browse in each location. Please read slowly and carefully; here are the details and terms:

  • The event will be held from approximately 5:00 pm – 8:30 pm on Thursday, June 9, 2022.
  • The event will be held at the same time as the summer’s kick-off Art’s in the City/Thursday’s Downtown event. (please note for capacity issues)
  • The event will be held in close proximity to Main Street. The DBPA retains the right to cancel and refund a merchant participation purchase if the location creates a travel burden for event participants.
  • The DBPA Will be Providing Wine & Glasses in All Merchant Locations
  • In approximately half of the locations, the DBPA will be hiring and placing a caterer. All food costs will be covered by the DBPA.
  • In approximately half of the locations, the DBPA will be hiring and placing artists and musicians.

All event structure, food, and artist locations will be selected at the discretion of the DBPA; we will attempt to match locations to best and appropriate uses and available spaces.

  • Merchant Registration requires a current DBPA Membership; if your membership is not current, it may be secured here.
  • The event will be themed around Chocolate.
  • The event attendance target is 640 participants.
  • We will attempt to partner your location with another DBPA member or sponsoring organization to assist with wine pouring in your location.
  • To maintain a premium experience the number of merchant locations/stops will be limited to 16. Priority will be given to event registration.
  • The planning committee will be selecting wines; we will attempt to pair preferences with locations, but priority will be given to food pairings and creating a varied event experience for participants.
  • Merchant participation in joint marketing and social media promotion is required.
  • The merchant registration fee of $100 (paid here) will be used to support event development, marketing, and artist costs.
