Pre-sale tickets for The Black Eyed Peas benefit concert scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 3 at the North Dakota State Fair Grandstand go on sale starting Monday, August 8 at 3 p.m. until Wednesday, August 10 at 3 p.m. Cost of a ticket is $100 plus ticket fees for either standing room or reserved seating.
Wine Walk - Thursday September 15, 2011 5pm-9:30pm
Tickets for this year's Wine Walk are sold out.
A night of food and wine tasting in participating businesses. Tickets available for 5p.m. and 7p.m. Tickets available Monday, Aug. 15th at Cookies for You and Off the Vine. Tickets are $40 with proceeds going for restoration and beautification of historic downtown Minot. Cash and Checks only. NO credit or debit cards accepted. First come, first serve. Once tickets are gone, they're gone! No reserved tickets.
Halloween Treat Trail - Monday October 31, 2011 10am-12 noon

Participating businesses pass out candy to pre-school children who are usually dressed in their Halloween costume between 10a-12n. Depending on the weather anywhere between 100-300 kids will attend.
Downtown Minot to hold Open House, Tree Lighting Ceremony Friday, Nov. 25
Come home for the holidays to Downtown Minot’s Annual Holiday Open House and Tree Lighting Ceremony from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 25.
The event, sponsored by the Downtown Business and Professional Association, will feature more than 30 stores who will open their doors for the first sights, sounds and scents of the holiday season.
To help you and your family get into the holiday spirit, there will be various festivities at local businesses including: pictures with Santa and Mrs. Claus; dinner with Santa and Mrs. Claus at All Saints Episcopal Church, from 5:00 to 5:45 p.m. at 301-S. Main St; a candlelight procession with caroling down Main Street from 5:45 to 6:00 p.m.; plenty of holiday goodies and beverages along Main Street; good old-fashioned hayrides from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. and much more.
Shoppers will also have the opportunity to get a jump start on their holiday shopping in a warm, friendly and relaxed atmosphere as Downtown Minot has unique boutiques and awesome gifts just in time for Christmas!
Last but not least, take time out from your shopping to experience the spectacular, magical tree lighting ceremony at 6:00 p.m. located at the Christmas Tree in the middle of Main Street in front of 10 N. Main.
This will be a great time for you and your family, friends and loved ones to spend together!
